# Third-party notices

Pocket Pet's authored integration is licensed under GPL-3.0-only. Upstream files retain their own notices and license texts. No original console ROM, firmware dump or extracted game audio is distributed here.

See each `UPSTREAM.md` and core README for copied scope, build adaptations and reconstruction instructions. TamaLIB adaptations are applied to temporary build-local copies, preserving the upstream pin. Color session data is private to the bundled build. Meets native clock calls are adapted for the WASM host clock.

Rust transitive crates, versions and license metadata are recorded by the Meets Cargo lockfile and build documentation. Their source can be resolved through Cargo using the locked versions. If redistributing a new binary build, preserve their license requirements as well.

The preview egg and app icon are authored for this integration. They are not extracted game artwork. The photographed casings, supplied background and startup illustration are reused from the WeChat appearance assets; source records are in `miniprogram/photo-sources/README.md` and `sources.json`. These appearance assets are separate from the upstream emulator code and are not claimed as original app artwork. System fonts come from the device. Tamagotchi is a Bandai trademark; this independent project is not affiliated with Bandai.

Uni, Smart and Paradise research links in `docs/中文与新增机型核对.md` are references; their code and assets have not been imported into this distribution.
